The Idaho Veterinary Medical Association is a professional association comprised of veterinarians who show an active interest in improving the well-being of Idaho's animals and veterinary profession. 

Comprised of four regional organizations, the IVMA provides, continuing education and social functions bringing Idaho veterinarians together across this large state. Check our site often to keep abreast of animal issues and professional and lay events in the state and across the Northwest.
The AVMA PLIT offers a full line of insurance products for today's veterinarian including property/liability, workers’ compensation, flood, auto, employment practices liability, professional liability, animal bailee, and veterinary license defense. PLIT-sponsored products and services are available to AVMA and Student AVMA members. The PLIT has been serving veterinarians since 1962 and its mission is to provide a valuable AVMA member service that protects the assets and reputations of the participants and enhances the image of the profession.

VAS provides sales and service for a variety of veterinary anesthesia and monitoring systems in the southern
and western US.

IVMA is now a part of the Veterinary Career Network. The Veterinary Career Network (VCN) is an alliance of professional associations with a combined registered membership of over 80,000 veterinary professionals with reach to over 100,000 individuals related to the veterinary profession. The Veterinary Career Network was developed for the veterinary profession and animal health industry by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) in 2006.
