WSU Rural Practitioner Survey

Rural Practitioner Practice Management Survey

The overall goal of this survey is to gain insight into mixed animal, beef and dairy veterinary medicine practices.  It is the intention of this program to identify key elements within this area of the industry and with these elements identified, develop much needed tools to help prepare, and encourage veterinarians in rural practice.

As the debt incurred in becoming veterinarians continues to grow, it is increasingly important to find successful strategies to optimize rural veterinary medicine, to allow those entering this field a prosperous career, and those looking towards retirement a successful exit plan. Additionally, it is our hope to identify best practices within the industry, giving participants insight on their practice metrics, and how these findings impact the practice and what can be done to improve their clinic moving forward.

The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete and is advised that you have easy access to your practice financial records to complete the survey efficiently.
